A Poem ... Jubilee Morn

Jubilee Morn

Black coal eyes
Shielded in shame
Unnatural lips
Whisper a name

Night and day
Blur into one
Morphed bodies
Burn in the sun

Dancing and laughing
Revel at will
Pain and pleasure
As close as a pill

Leaving a trail
Twisted and torn
Crying alone
On a Jubilee Morn

A Poem ... The Flame

The Flame

Distant memory
  of  long quenched flame
The body older,
  the heart the same

An electric touch,
  unexpected spark
Leaps out,
  the misty dark

A dazzling smile
  from perfect lips
A gentle kiss
  my heart skips

Awoken from the
  uneasy rest
The flame ignites
  in my breast
